Third Grade students from Mrs. Musgrave and Mrs. McHugh's class spent some time exploring at the school pond.🌳 After studying about tide pools near the ocean shore🌊, students compared and contrasted our pond and tide pools. We are building background knowledge for an oceanographer literature study!

Maysville High School Hollywood Homecoming tickets go on sale at lunch starting 9/12. Tickets are $15 each. Ticket sales end at lunch on Friday, September 22nd. This meeting is for all students and their parents grades 6-12. Winter will be here before we know it and that means ski and snowboarding season will be upon us. If you think you might be interested in skiing or snowboarding, there will be an informational meeting for STUDENTS AND PARENTS on Tuesday, September 26th at 6:00pm. We will most likely meet in the Makerspace or the library of the high school. We will make sure you know where to go when you arrive.
This meeting will discuss multiple aspects of the Maysville Adventure Club, focussing primarily on the winter season and our trips to Snow Trails in Mansfield.

Maysville Panther fans, it is time to prepare your wardrobe for our annual Pink Out Event on October 13th to raise money for cancer. The link is live and will remain open until September 25th at midnight. There are several options and youth sizes. This year's design is the 2023 design. We are also offering last year's design (2022), in case you missed missed out on it.
Please choose pick up at fundraiser headquarters to have your order delivered by a cheerleader (place cheerleader's name in the order comments section) or to pick up at the school.

The Maysville Marching Band🎶 competed in their first competition of the year on Saturday, September 16th! They came home with 2nd place and best percussion🥁 in their class and won the award for Most School Spirit📣! It has been an awesome start to the year for our Marching Panthers!
If you want to catch the band in action, our home contest, Band-A-Palooza, is Saturday, October 14th! The contest will start at 5:00 pm!
Mrs. Kim's CTE Healthcare Class completed PPE (personal protective equipment) races on Friday! This is one of the unique hands on activities students get to participate in with our new Career Pathways!
