🐾Attention Maysville 6-12 Families /Starting 4-7-26🐾
-When arriving in the morning for student drop-off and student parking you will now turn right into the student lot at the stop sign. Students will immediately vear left and park in the middle and back rows of the lot (shown in blue). Parents with drop off students will pull straight forward, forming two lines side by side (shown in yellow) and stop at the sidewalk (shown in red) students will proceed into the doors as normal. Once your student is out of the vehicle, pull forward through the gate and turn left up the bus ramp then then left again to exit.
-This plan will allow for a constant rotation without the need for traffic to cross as we currently are. The goal of this change is to increase student safety as they will exit on the sidewalk side and and increase efficiency of time to conduct drop-off.
🐾Note: students are only permitted to park inside the student lot during school hours. This will start Tuesday April 7th, please work with us while everyone learns this change. All students are required to enter through the student doors. No entry at the front door is permitted until 8:00 am. Thank you.

Medical Terminology students had a fun and educational twist on their Easter egg hunt. Each egg contained a term or definition they had to correctly match before enjoying the candy inside.

The Maysville Varsity Panthers defeated Crooksville 11-10 on Tuesday, holding off a late comeback in a game where both teams recorded 14 hits.
Maysville’s five-run fifth inning proved decisive, with Dorothy Patterson delivering a key two-RBI single. Kaelynne Mitton homered and, along with Josalynn Milatovich, led the team with three hits each.
Lily Tumblin earned the win with six strikeouts, and Ava Willey recorded the save.

Mrs Hann’s 4th graders have been learning about the stock market. 📈
Students were given $10,000 in “fantasy money” to invest and have been tracking their gains and losses over the past few months. With the help of Mr. Hann, they have been learning how to monitor and calculate their investments using MarketWatch.

Maysville High School recently held its second Business Advisory Council meeting of the year! At this meeting, we introduced our new Construction Pathway and had a great discussion with our valued business partners about future opportunities for our students.🐾
