Maysville High School’s True Crime elective class went on a field trip to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation in London, Ohio. While there, students toured the building to observe field work related to class content. The students learned about the processes of trace evidence, fingerprinting, polygraphs, ballistics, DNA, and more. Students also learned about a typical work day and educational requirements to become a scientist at the BCI. It was a great day learning about new career paths in the sciences related to solving crimes.

Yesterday, Maysville 8th-11th grade students had the incredible opportunity to travel to the Muskingum County Fairgrounds for the Junior Achievement event hosted by the MVESC. 🐾 Our Panthers engaged in hands-on activities and meaningful conversations with local businesses and employers, gaining valuable insights into future career paths!

On Friday, Sept. 27th, Interact members lent a hand at Eastside Ministries' produce giveaway. Then on Monday, Sept. 30th, Interact and NHS teamed up to unload a truck full of items for the South Zanesville food pantry.
These students are truly living out the motto "Service Above Self." We are so proud of their dedication to helping our community! 💙💛
