Conner Theisen led the way yesterday in Dover as the Panthers qualified 3rd out of 26 teams. Conner had an impressive series of 667, which was the 6th highest for the sectional tournament. The team had a total pinfall of 3909 and averaged 196 in Bakers.

Next week, from February 18th to the 21st, the Maysville FFA Chapter is celebrating National FFA Week. The week-long celebration will include spirit days with dress up themes, FFA facts of the day, and will conclude with a Farm Olympics Assembly on Friday, February 21st, where the six pathways will compete in agriculture themed games!
The spirit week dress up themes are:
🐾Tuesday- America Day (Wear Red, White, and Blue)
🐾Wednesday- Farmers Day (Dress in your farm clothes)
🐾Thursday- Flannel Day (Wear your favorite flannel shirt)
🐾Friday- Blue and Gold Day (Wear Blue and Gold to show your FFA and Maysville Pride!)
They will also be holding a “Slushy Shower” fundraiser throughout the week, featuring some Maysville teachers! Throughout the week during lunch, students will be able to vote for participating teachers to receive a slushy shower at the farm olympics by putting money in their jars.
The new FFA Chapter is excited to establish new traditions here at Maysville, and hopes you will all join us in celebrating our first ever National FFA Week.

The Maysville High School Cheerleaders want to take a moment to express their gratitude to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1058 for their incredible support! Thanks to their generosity, they were able to add new signs and black uniforms to their program.
It was an honor to recognize Kirby Minnich, Keith Gebhart, Dave Bash, and Tina Wartenbee at the game:

The Maysville Panthers Jr. High team competed Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Crooksville High School in the Muskingum Valley League Championship. They placed 4th place overall as a team. They were led by MVL Champions Cam Abella and Presley Sandobal. Sandobal became the first ever girls wrestler to be an MVL Jr High Champion.
