🎒📚Career Pathway Highlight📚🎒

The Early Childhood Education Pathway Ambassadors hosted an Educators Rising meeting on Friday, March 6. Guest speakers from Maysville Elementary and the Muskingum Valley Educational Service Center shared about their roles in education and answered questions about job experience, training, and future career opportunities in the field of education.

Maysville Middle School: Last week’s Caught Ya Being Dependable winners received some school spirit-themed prizes, a blue blanket and a foam finger! 🐾📣

Great job to our students for showing what it means to be dependable. Keep up the great work! 🐾

On Friday, the Maysville FFA Chapter held their second annual "Ag Olympics" with the high school student body to conclude their National FFA Week Celebration. The career pathways competed in games such as a straw bale toss, tug-of-war, balloon sheep herding, and an agriculture relay race. The event concluded with the teachers who received the most donations in the FFA Week Service Fundraiser receiving slushie showers, along with the first place winner also getting a pie in the face. Over $200 was raised for Nationwide Children's Hospital from this!

The event was a great chance to gather together as panthers to celebrate FFA and our career pathways!

Congratulations to Maysville track athletes Emma Tamasovich and Bella Van Wey for their outstanding performances at the Division III State Indoor Track Meet at Spire this weekend!

🏆 Emma is the Indoor State Champion in both the Triple Jump and Long Jump!
• Long Jump: 17-7.25 (New PR)
• Triple Jump: 36-9.75 (New PR)

🐾 Bella also had a great meet:
• 5th Place – Weight Throw (43-1, PR)
• 4th Place – Shot Put (41-1.25, PR)

Emma and Bella also tied for 2nd place in the state as a team! Great job, Panthers! 🐾

Congratulations to the Maysville Boys Basketball team for defeating Carrollton 72-44! 🏀 With this win, the Panthers have captured their 4th consecutive District Title and will advance to the Regional Semi-Final this Wednesday. Good luck, Panthers! 🐾

Site Update: the Div. IV Boys Basketball Regional Semi Final Maysville vs John Glenn has been moved from ECO Center to Ohio University on Wednesday at 5pm start. No site in East District is big enough to host this game.
