Maysville 7th grader, Kadelynn Moore, will be holding a silent auction during the Middle School Trick or Treat night on October 23rd. The 4 clocks below were designed by Kadelynn and all proceeds from the sale will be donated to St. Jude’s; the organization of her choosing. Please stop by the table near the rotunda Monday night and help give to a great cause.

The Maysville High School Quiz Team advanced to 3-0 with a win over Crooksville last night with a score of 110-10. Leading the Panthers was Will Smith with 75 points and Mya Johnson with 35. Great job students!

Maysville Elementary celebrated Dictionary Day📚 on Monday, October 16th. Students participated in a variety of activities both inside and outside the walls of MES to honor Noah Webster, explore dictionary elements, and play with letters and new vocabulary. Thank you Mr. Webster!

Maysville Junior Class is hosting a family movie night on October 28th featuring The Addams Family. Doors will open at 6:00 and the movie will begin at 7:00. Tickets will be $5.00 a person. Please see flyer for additional information.
Delta Kappa Gamma, a women’s teacher society, presented a bench to Mr. Dalton, 9-12 principal and Beth Duff, a 7th grade teacher and a member of DKG. Members collected 500 pounds of plastic in exchange for the bench, the second one given by the chapter to a district in the county. The chapter hopes to present a bench to each district in the county.
