Congratulations to Hayden Jarrett for breaking the all time boys scoring record of 1204 points that was currently held by Lewis Sidwell. Lewis Sidwell was a 75' graduate of Maysville High School. Last night at the game, Lewis passed on the record to Hayden during the game against Crooksville. Hayden currently has 1219 points. Proud to be a Panther. #PantherPride

Congratulations to the Maysville Boys Basketball Team for their win over the Crooksville Ceramics last night. With this win, The Panthers secure the MVL Title for the first time in 27 years. Thank you to the band for coming to the game and playing with the Crooksville band. Thank you to the Cheerleaders for all of the support this season. Go Panthers! #PantherPride


The Maysville Boys Basketball Team volunteered at Rolling Plains Church on Saturday, where they packed 70,000 rice meals for the people of Ukraine. The church donated 20,000 dollars to make this event possible. Proud to be a Panther! #PantherPride

Maysville Swimming
At the Southeastern Ohio Swim League Championships Saturday at Kenyon College, the Panthers competed against 17 teams. Junior Tillman Hawk set a new school record in the 500-Yard Freestyle, and Sophomore Bailey Paskell set a new school record in the 100-Yard Breastroke.
Top 15 finishes for the Panthers included:
Senior Brooklyn Ponish finished 11th in the 200-Yard Freestyle and 15th in the 100-Yard Freestyle.
Senior Alissa Jinkens finished 10th in the 100-Yard Backstroke.
Junior Tillman Hawk finished 3rd in the 500-Yard Freestyle and 5th in the 200-Yard Freestyle.
Sophomore Elijah Mayle finished 8th in the 200-Yard IM and 13th in the 100-Yard Freestyle.
Sophomore Bailey Paskell finished 12th in the 100-Yard Breaststroke.
Sophomore Owen Rusnak finished 7th in the 50-Yard Freestyle and 10th in the 100-Yard Backstroke.
Sophomore Claire Heiney set a personal record in the 50 & 100-Yard Freestyle.
The Panthers swim next at the Division II Swimming Sectionals Saturday at Steubenville High School. Good luck, swimmers!

The Maysville French Club celebrated la chandeleur by making crêpes after school! La chandeleur celebrates by making and eating crêpes because they are seen as a symbol of the sun, beginning the movement from winter into spring. #PantherPride
