Medical Terminology students put their knowledge to the test by researching a disease and bringing it to life, in pumpkin form! 🎃 Each group created an infographic and worked to diagnose their “patients” by matching them with the correct condition.
Trick-or-treaters and their parents joined in the fun by voting on the pumpkins in categories like Most Medically Accurate and Best Overall. Great job to all our creative and hardworking students!

Maysville 1st graders had a monstrously fun day practicing decision-making skills! After reading How I Met My Monster by Amanda Noll and Howard McWilliam, students imagined the features they’d want in a “best friend monster.”
They created budgets, made shopping lists, and visited the Tinker Store to pick out supplies—learning that you can’t always get everything you want on a budget! Then it was time to construct and name their monsters. Finally, they introduce all their new monster friends to their classmates.🐾

🐾 What does it mean to you to be part of the Panther family?
"Being part of the Panther family means being part of a community that cares deeply about the students and families in our district. 🍎 What are you most excited about for this school year?
"I am most excited about beginning a new chapter in my educational career, although it was very tough to say goodbye to 2nd Grade. I have the opportunity to teach my passion and hopefully inspire our youth to develop a passion for teaching young children."
⭐ Fun Fact:
"I spent most of my teacher training in preschool and Kindergarten and I believed I would teach in one of those two positions initially. "
