Maysville High School had 25 seniors attended the Ohio Means Jobs Employment Expo at the fairgrounds! 🎓✨ Maysville was well represented, and our students did a great job engaging with over 30 area employers.

Mrs. Stepanovich and her class experimented with bubbles. 🫧They learned what it takes to make their own product from blueprint to reality and designed their own bubbles to sell. They learned about forming hypotheses and testing them and finally made bouncing bubbles!

Healthcare Exploration and Training (HEAT) Camp for Students
July 22-24 | 9 am - 1 pm
This is a 3-day interactive career exploration camp for next year's 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students interested in health professions. Within the Ohio University Zanesville nursing labs and simulation center, students will experience hands-on activities to learn and practice various nursing skills. Participants will also spend one day at Genesis HealthCare System where they will meet professionals from various hospital departments and witness the science and skills utilized by each of these healthcare disciplines. A light lunch will be provided. The camp is free, but registration is required.

🚀8th Grade Rocket Science🚀
🌊 Every year, Maysville 8th graders in Mr. Rupe's class put their understanding of Newton's Laws of motion to the test, aiming to send their rockets soaring through the sky for the longest time possible. It's all about creativity, experimentation, and a whole lot of fun! The students had a great time launching their rockets in class.
