Since I get to teach all K–5 students, I’m looking forward to building connections with every grade level and student, encouraging them to be active, and showing them that physical education is about having fun, working together, and building lifelong healthy habits."

“I made the Ohio State cheer team in college, was a competitive gymnast for growing up, and cheered competitively—including at "Worlds" in Disney World at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. I’m also obsessed with tennis shoes and love adding new pairs to my collection.”

Maysville student-athletes spent the day growing as leaders at the 2025 MVL Leadership Academy. As part of the event, students participated in a book study with Coach Brown on Wisdom of the Bullfrog, joining athletes from across the league for an interactive day focused on teamwork, character, and leadership.
We are also proud to share that Coach Dave Brown was selected as the keynote speaker for the event, where he mentored student-athletes from every MVL school.
