Maysville’s special education staff gathered for the first annual “Mingle Jingle.”🎄🎅 They shared treats, strategies, and our successes from the past year. The tournament featured 24 teams from West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Congratulations to the Maysville Girls Basketball team for defeating Caldwell with a score of 57-42.🏀🐾 The Lady Panthers were led by Avery Daniels with a career high of 29 points and 10 rebounds, Miley Fulkerson with 9 points, Emma Baker with 9 points, and Bella VanWey with 12 rebounds. 🐾Maysville High School Swim Team-Scottie Sprints Swim Meet 🐾 The Maysville Varsity Swim Team had their first meet on Wednesday, December 4th, at the Scottie Sprints. The Women’s team finished 3rd, and the Men’s team finished 4th. The Women’s 200 Medley Relay Team of Madison Hirtle, Bailey Paskell, Grace Rush, and Leila Hawk finished 3rd, and the 200 Freestyle Relay Team of Paskell, Hawk, Claire Heiney, and Olivia Rusnak finished 7th. The Men’s Relay Team of Caleb Camp, Elijah Mayle, Owen Rusnak, and Landyn Kennedy finished 7th in the 200 Medley and 6th in the 200 Freestyle. Top 10 individual finishes included: 🏊‍♂️Senior Elijah Mayle finished 6th in the 100-yard Freestyle and 7th in the 100-yard Individual Medley. 🐾Senior Bailey Paskell finished 3rd in the 50-yard Breaststroke and 10th in the 50-yard Backstroke. 🏊‍♂️Senior Owen Rusnak finished 3rd in the 50-yard Freestyle and 4th in the 50-yard Butterfly. 🐾Sophomore Caleb Camp finished 8th in the 50-yard Backstroke. 🏊‍♂️Sophomore Leila Hawk finished 1st in the 100-yard Breaststroke, setting a new school record, and 1st in the 50-yard Freestyle. 🐾Sophomore Madison Hirtle finished 4th in the 100-yard Freestyle and 5th in the 50-yard Backstroke. 🏊‍♂️Sophomore Grace Rush finished 8th in the 50-yard Butterfly and 10th in the 50-yard Freestyle. 🐾Freshman Olivia Rusnak finished 2nd in the 100-yard Backstroke and 7th in the 100-yard Breaststroke. The Panthers swim next on Saturday at Ohio University at the Roosenberg Invitational. Proud to be a panther. #PantherPride

🎅🎄🐾🍭🍬Maysville 3rd Grade Holiday Program 🍬🍭🐾🎄🎅 Maysville 3rd grade students brought the holiday spirit to life during their Christmas Program last night.🎶 With a “Sweet Treats of the Season” theme, they sang about peppermint candy canes, sugar cookies, sugar plums, and fruitcake.
