Maysville O*TAGS Preschool celebrated National Crayon Day with various activities along with wearing their favorite color. Every child received a new box of crayons.
Maysville Middle School After School Program enjoyed the nice weather yesterday by going down to the pond and going fishing🎣.
The District 12 All Star Basketball Game🏀 will be held tonight at 6:00PM (girls game with boys game to follow) at Buckeye Trail High School. Seniors Hayden Jarrett and Connor Larimer will be representing Maysville and Coach David Brown and Coach Jared Cox will be representing Maysville by coaching the West Team. Maysville will be represented well with having the Player of the Year (Hayden Jarrett), Coach of the Year (David Brown), Assistant Coach of the Year (Jared Cox), District 12 Hall of Fame Inductee, Athletic Director Pat Miller, and The Distinguished Service Award to Linda Taylor. Maysville Interact Club hosted the Zanesville Daybreak Rotary Club meeting this morning in the Makerspace. Students spoke to members of the Rotary about the amazing things they are doing in our community. One example of what Interact is doing for our school district is placing libraries around campus for families to enjoy! Maysville would like thank High School English Teacher, Toni Stoepfel, for all of her hard work and dedication to our Maysville Interact Club. The Maysville Local School District is enrolled in the State of Ohio's SaferOH Tip Line. The tip line accepts calls or texts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls or texts are answered by trained analysts with Ohio Homeland Security. This tip line allows students and adults to anonymously share information with school officials and law enforcement about threats to student or staff safety. Remember....If you see something, if you hear something, SAY SOMETHING!

At the second Maysville Middle School Swim Meet🏊♂️ Friday, March 24, at the YMCA, several swimmers finished in the top 10 in their races.
Lilly Campbell finished 7th in the 100-yard freestyle & 9th in the 50-yard backstroke.
Levi Gahagan finished 10th in the 50-yard backstroke.
Avereigh Hague finished 10th in the 100-yard breaststroke.
Evan James finished 8th in the 50-yard breaststroke.
Olivia Rusnak finished 7th in the 100-yard breaststroke.
Bella Blair set a personal record in the 50-yard freestyle.
The Panthers compete next on Friday, March 31, at 6:00 p.m. at the YMCA. Good luck, Panthers!
