As we wrap up the first quarter of the school year, I continue to be amazed by all that is happening across Maysville Local Schools. Our fall sports seasons have come to a close, and our marching band continues to impress, earning an Excellent rating at the State competition. These accomplishments reflect the dedication and pride that define what it means to be a Panther.
During October, we’ve focused on the value of being Dependable, a core Panther value that means you can have the trust that you can count on me. Time and again, I see our staff go the extra mile to support our students and our community. But what makes me most proud as Superintendent are the countless examples of students helping students, stepping up to make Maysville the best it can be.
As we move into the holiday season, I want to wish everyone a safe and fun Halloween and remind our Panther family to keep living out the values that make our district strong: being Dependable, Resilient, Kind, Collaborative, and Purposeful.
